Pudding Pie
My recipe

1 Graham Cracker Crust, baked
1 Vanilla Pudding recipe, DOUBLED

If you have 2 people, start cooking the pudding before baking the crust... the pudding takes longer.

When the pudding is done cooking, and has cooled down a little, pour the pudding into the cooled pie crust.  Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours.
