Pizza Bread (for 12 qt bread machine)

1 3/8 c (11 oz) water
3 c (15 oz) white bread flour -- this would probably be good with a white/wheat mix, too
2 tbsp dry milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp (1 oz) unsalted butter (do not need to melt, even if making right away!)
1/2 c (2 oz) pepperoni, diced into 1/4" cubes
1/3 c (2 oz) mozzarella, shredded
1 tbsp (.2 oz) parmesan, grated
1/4 c onion flakes
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp oregano -- try a little more next time
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast (or 1 1/2 tsp fast rise yeast)

Usage suggestions:
* With soup
* With salad
* With eggs as toast
