Meatballs
Gathered from off of the web, etc

1 1/2 - 2 1/2 lb ground hamburger (sauce should be able to handle this many meatballs)
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp milk
1 egg
< 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
2 small cloves garlic
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c bread crumbs
parmesan cheese
2(?) tbsp beer
