1/7/2006 Hamburgers George 1 1/2 lb ground hamburger 1/8 tsp pepper 1 clove garlic 1/4 c chopped onion 1/4 c bread crumbs < 1 tsp salt < 1/4 c beer < 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese Other possible ingredients: parsley (optional) basil (optional) 1 egg (used in meatballs, made hamburgers meat-loafy) 2 tbsp milk (used in meatballs) tobasco a-1 worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp oregano thyme For condiments, see "Sandwiches". Cooked in the oven at 400 for about 30 minutes total. After cooking for 10 minutes, baste the burgers with some of the remaining beer, and turn over. Cook for 10 more minutes, and baste again. Cook for probably 5 more minutes (maybe add cheese & onions now), and they should be done.
