Garlic Bread 3/10/2007 George some from http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,194,149190-243193,00.html per 1.5 foot of Baguette 3 tbsp butter, softened 3 large cloves Garlic, minced 2 tbsp fresh chopped Parsley 1 oz shredded mozzarella Mix garlic and parsley into butter. If the mixture gets too runny, refrigerate until the butter is more firm. Cut bread diagonally into 1 inch slices; do not cut all the way through. Spread mixture on both sides of bread slices, about 1 tsp per slit. Shape aluminum foil around loaf of bread. Twist ends; leave top open. Spread any remaining butter mixture onto the top of the loaf. Sprinkle top with cheese, then with parsley flakes. Heat in 375 degree oven 15 minutes. About 12 slices.
