"crazy" pizza crust adapted from the cooks.com recipes 1/6/2006 1/2 c. flour or more 1/2 tsp. salt (use a little less salt) 1/2 tsp. oregano or less 1/2 tsp. basil or less 1/8 tsp. pepper (use no pepper or less) 1 egg 1/3 c. milk preheat oven to 400 sprayed 9x9 pan with cooking spray (about perfect size) dumped batter into pan baked for 10 minutes (crust should be at least partially baked before adding toppings(?)) spread with olive oil (1 tbsp or more) sprinkled romano and parmesan cheese on top (go LIGHT) four basil leaves, one on each corner 1/2 c flour 1/4 tsp salt 1 egg 1/3 c milk 1 tbsp? Olive oil 2 tbsp? Romano cheese 1 tsp Corn meal 4 leaves fresh basil preheat oven to 400 sprayed 9x9 pan with cooking spray sprinkled cornmeal on the bottom of the pan dumped batter in pan (consistency of pancake dough) baked for 5 minutes (crust should be at least partially baked before adding toppings(?)) spread with olive oil Sprinkled romano on top (go LIGHT) put 1 leaf of basil on each quarter put back in the oven for 8 minutes, until romano had browned (crust goes CRAZY and tries to climb out of the pan)
