Apple Cinnamon Sugar Toast
From George's Home Ec in high school

1 Apple, quartered, peeled, and then each quarter cut into four wedges (so they're pretty thin) = sixteen wedges
4 pieces of toast
Peanut Butter
Cinnamon
Sugar

Prepare the apple.  Toast the bread.  

Spread peanut butter on the toast, and arrange the four apple slices on the toast.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Makes 4 toasts.
