Raisin Bread (for 12 qt bread machine)

1 1/4 c water
3 c (15 oz) white bread flour
2 tbsp dry milk
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp (1 oz) butter (do not need to melt, even if making right away!)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c (5 oz, try 5.5 oz next time) raisins
3 tsp active dry yeast (or 2 tsp fast rise yeast)

Usage suggestions:
* With cream cheese
* With butter
* As french toast (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
* Ham & cheese sandwich
