11/3/2003 Easy Garlic-Cheese Biscuits Modified From Betty Crocker Cookbook Make exactly 6 biscuits, with these ingredients: 1 c (5 oz) Original Bisquick 1/3 c (2.8 oz) milk 1/4 c (1 oz) shredded cheddar cheese 4 cloves (.5 oz) finely chopped garlic (or squeezed) ~2 tbsp (.75 oz) butter, melted. 1 sundried tomato, cut into multiples of 6 slivers (ok to only have 2-3 slivers per biscuit) Prepare shredded cheese and garlic. Preheat oven to 400. Mix bisquick, milk, cheese, and garlic until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Place sundried tomato on top of biscuits. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown - put tray of biscuits in center of oven. Melt butter in microwave on medium-low heat; brush on warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
