5/11/2005 French Toast George 3 Eggs (Allow a little less than one egg per toast) 4 Slices Bread Dash Cinnamon - try allspice? 1/4 tsp Vanilla Small Dollup Milk Salted Butter Syrup Heat up pan for a couple of minutes. Add about 1 tsp butter to the pan if using a non-stick, more for other pans. When making four toasts at a time, dip them all in the batter, both sides, and arrange in a tight square in the pan. Pour the remaining egg mix (there shouldn't be much) over the toasts. On line between med and med-hi, 1.5 minutes a side, covered.
