i hiked from the lake to the ledges... you can see it in the lower right of the map

rattlesnake ledge provided a fantastic 360 degree view. it felt a lot like being on top of angel's landing, in zion, but with less-spectacular landscapes.

if you look REALLY closely, you can see my car parked in the middle of this picture. it's about 1 pixel big.

i zoomed in a bit - that's it, on the right end of the parking lot.

i wonder what the light green stripe is that wanders over the hill.
